Balboa Expander PCB - 2 Pump Relay - GS523DZ - 55138
The Balboa Expander PCB 2 Pump Relay GS523DZ with part number 55138 is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This X-P332 CE expander board is a 2-relay module for compatible Balboa GS and BP control systems, providing additional pump or pump/blower switching where the original system was built for expander board use.

Fitting Guide
This expander PCB is intended as a replacement relay board for compatible Balboa systems that already have expander board support. It connects to the main PCB and provides additional relay switching for a 2-speed pump, or for two separate single-speed devices when used with the correct splitter cable.
The existing expander part number, main board model, EXT RLY connection, pump wiring, splitter cable use and original output configuration are the main points to record before removing the old board. The PS-23 splitter cable, part number 22909, is used where two separate devices are connected from the expander output.
Important Notes
This is a replacement expander board only and cannot be added to a control system that was not originally programmed or wired for an expander. Balboa 59097 is listed as a newer replacement revision for 55138, so existing system compatibility should be checked before ordering either version.
Expander board replacement involves mains voltage pump wiring and control box configuration. Fitting is for an experienced tradesperson, spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect board selection, incorrect wiring, missing splitter cable, wrong setup selection or failure to reset memory where required can cause faults or damage and invalidate warranty cover.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
