The Balboa BP200UX Expander Board Pump - 59233-01 is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This compact pump expander PCB is used with compatible BP200UX control systems to add control for one additional pump, with on-board fuse protection for the pump circuit.

Fitting Guide
This board is installed inside a BP200UX control box and works alongside the main PCB. It provides the additional relay control required for one extra pump and must be configured through the BP200UX system setup so the main board knows which equipment is fitted.
The BP200UX platform only allows one expander board to be used at a time. This pump expander cannot be fitted together with the BP200UX blower expander, often referenced as CB-EX231 or part number 59231.
Dipswitch Settings
The system setup must match the fitted equipment. Where this pump expander is installed, the BP200UX control system must be set to a pump expansion setup rather than a blower expansion setup. DIP switch and setup selection details should be taken from the BP200UX wiring diagram or tech sheet for the exact spa configuration.
- Use the BP200UX setup mode to select the correct equipment layout.
- Do not configure the system for the blower expander when this pump board is fitted.
- Match the pump output and current draw to the 15 AMP protected circuit.
- Copy existing valid settings only where the original system used the same pump expander arrangement.
Important Notes
This is an expander board, not a main spa control PCB. It requires a compatible BP200UX main board and will not operate on its own. It is not suitable for other Balboa systems unless the technical documentation confirms BP200UX pump expander compatibility.
The connected pump must not exceed the 15 AMP fuse protection rating. Installation involves mains voltage wiring inside the spa control box and is for a qualified electrician, experienced spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect setup selection, fitting the wrong expander type, overloading the pump output or using the board on an incompatible control system can cause faults, board damage or warranty issues.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
