Fitting Guide

If replacing a like-for-like LX AP300 V2 Hot Tub Air Blower or AP300-V2, switch off power to the spa first. Remove the blower power cable from the spa control box, unthread the air outlet pipe connection, remove the fixings holding the blower in place, then install the replacement in reverse order. This model uses a 1 inch threaded union and a 1.5m AMP-style lead, so checking the existing plumbing connection, supply voltage and plug type before fitting is recommended.

For new installations, the blower is intended to be mounted inside the spa cabinet with enough surrounding air space for cooling and future access. The bracket allows upright or side mounting depending on the cabinet layout. If the previous blower failed due to water ingress, check that the air line non-return valve is working correctly and that the pipework includes a suitable swan neck above water level. A bayonet union option may also be used where a glueless connection setup is preferred.
