The Balboa GL8000 Mach3 PCB 53860 is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This replacement circuit board is for Balboa GL8000 control boxes and supports multi-pump systems, optional air blower control, heater output, ozone, 12V or 230V lighting and M7 sensor operation.

Fitting Guide
This PCB is intended for replacing a failed board inside a compatible GL8000 spa control box. It manages Pump 1, optional circulation pump operation, Pump 2, Pump 3, optional air blower output, heater control, ozone output and spa lighting, depending on the equipment fitted to the hot tub.
The existing board layout, wiring positions, sensor plugs, light voltage, pump configuration and any fitted accessories are the main reference points during replacement. This PCB must be used only with GL8000 control boxes and not transferred into unrelated control systems.
Dipswitch Settings
DIP switch settings configure the board for the connected pump layout, lighting arrangement and fitted spa equipment. The original board settings are normally the clearest reference where the spa was previously set up correctly.
- Match the setup to the GL8000 control box configuration.
- Confirm Pump 1, Pump 2 and Pump 3 requirements before setup.
- Check whether the system uses an optional circulation pump or air blower.
- Confirm whether the existing lighting is 12V or 230V before powering the system.
- Make sure to perform a memory reset using dipswitch A12 if you have made any dipswitch changes. Power OFF, A12 up, Power ON and wait for PR, Power OFF, A12 down, Power ON, your changes will be activated.
Important Notes
This PCB is for Balboa GL8000 control boxes only. It is not suitable for other Balboa packs or unrelated electrical equipment, even where the connected components appear similar.
PCB replacement involves mains voltage components and spa control configuration. Fitting is for an experienced tradesperson, spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect board selection, incorrect wiring or incorrect configuration can damage the PCB and invalidate warranty cover.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
