Gecko 3kw HEAT.WAV SSPA Heater (New Version)
Official high-quality replacement Gecko 3kW HEAT.WAV SSPA heater 9920-100342 used specifically on hot tubs and spas. This particular 3kw heater assembly is used on the later Gecko S-Class SSPA-1 spa control boxes and comes with pre-wired terminal cables & ring terminals to connect directly to the SSPA printed circuit boards. This heater also includes Gecko's DTEC 2PSI pressure switch.

Gecko Heater Overview
- Heater can only be fitted to later versions of Gecko SSPA control boxes.
- Hi-Limit sensor ribbon from PCB is secured on the top of the heater tube within the control box.
- Supplied with pressure switch is used to determine how much flow is passing through the heater tube and prevents heater failure.
- Found on older spa models from brands such as Hotspot, LA Spas, Sierra Spas, Southwest Spas, Sunrise Spas, Artesian Spas, Gulf Coast & Coyote Spas.

Heater Fitting & Removal Guide
Loosen the two heater union collars by hand or with a wrench and if necessary the collars can be split into two and removed completely by unscrewing the two screws on the collar. Remove the chassis earthing copper cable from the heater tube and gently the Hi-Limit sensor ribbon from the pouch on the top of the heater. Take the lid off of the SSPA spa control box and disconnect the two spade connectors from the pressure switch. Unscrew the two heater terminal power cables from the printed circuit board. Undo the four 3/8" nuts from the heater to control box mounting studs. Remove the heater completely and reinstall in the same order. New gaskets are supplied with the new heater so replace and fit these to your heater union connections.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
