This Balboa GL2000 Mach3 PCB 53975 is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This replacement circuit board is for Balboa GL2001 Mach 3 plastic Spa control boxes and supports multiple pump layouts, heater control, ozone, lighting and M7 sensor operation.

Fitting Guide
This PCB is intended for replacing a failed board inside a compatible GL2001 Mach 3 plastic spa control box. It manages the main pump setup, optional circulation pump, secondary pump options, heater, ozone output and 12V or 230V lighting, depending on the existing configuration.
The board layout and configuration need to match the original plastic GL control box setup. Existing wiring positions, plug locations, light voltage, pump arrangement and any expander board connections are key reference points when transferring from the old PCB.
Dipswitch Settings
DIP switch settings configure the board for the equipment fitted to the spa, including the pump layout and any optional blower arrangement. The original board settings are normally the clearest reference where the spa was previously working correctly.
- Confirm whether the control box is a compatible GL2001 Mach 3 unit.
- Match the setup for Pump 1, Pump 2 and any circulation pump.
- Check whether the system uses Pump 3, an air blower or an expander board.
- Confirm the correct light output configuration before powering the system.
- Make sure to perform a memory reset using dipswitch A12 if you have made any dipswitch changes. Power OFF, A12 up, Power ON and wait for PR, Power OFF, A12 down, Power ON, your changes will be activated.
Important Notes
This PCB is for plastic Balboa GL2000 and GL2001 Mach 3 control boxes only. It is not suitable for metal GL control boxes, even where the model naming appears similar.
PCB replacement involves mains voltage components and control box configuration. Fitting is for an experienced tradesperson, spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage configuration or fitting into the wrong control box can damage the PCB and invalidate warranty cover.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
