Balboa BP200UX 2.0KW PCB - G1420
The Balboa BP200UX 2.0KW PCB - G1420 is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This replacement circuit board is for Balboa BP200 series control systems and supports TP range of Balboa topside controls, M7 sensor technology, a 2.0kW or 3.0kW heater, pump output, ozone, lighting and optional WiFi control.
This board replaces all older revisions, including the 2.0kw version. Just put jumper J31 on to one pin.

Fitting Guide
This PCB is intended for replacing a failed board inside a compatible Balboa BP200 series control box. It controls the heater, Pump 1, circulation pump where fitted, ozone output, spa light and connected topside panel, with additional functions depending on the setup and any fitted expander boards.
The existing board part number, wiring positions, heater connections, sensor plugs, topside connection, jumper positions and DIP switch settings are the main reference points during replacement. BP200UX systems can be configured in several ways, so the replacement board needs to match the existing spa equipment and control box setup.
Dipswitch Settings
DIP switch settings are used for service configuration, menu behaviour, amperage rules and system setup. The original board settings are normally the clearest reference where the spa was previously operating correctly.
- Turn S1 switch ON to enter the system into Test Mode.
- Refer to the specific tech sheet on how to navigate through your topside control panel menu to access and change the software setup number.
- Confirm the correct software setup for the fitted pumps, circulation pump and accessories.
- Select the required configuration setup number and confirm, switch power off and switch S1 OFF.
- Check service/amperage configuration against the spa supply and connected load.

Important Notes
This PCB is for compatible Balboa BP200 series control boxes only and is not a universal replacement for unrelated Balboa systems. Part references linked to this system include, G1420, 59342-01 and 59343-01, so the existing board and control pack details should be checked before ordering.
PCB replacement involves mains voltage components, heater wiring and control system configuration. Fitting is for an experienced tradesperson, spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect board selection, incorrect wiring, static damage or incorrect configuration can damage the PCB and invalidate warranty cover.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
