Arctic 3.6kW Curved Tee Heater
A very distinctive 3.6kw curved tee spa heater assembly A2360-5251ET found on many Arctic models in the past. The original full-length stainless steel heater assembly (Pic 2) manufactured by RMF/Aquatemp and then by Therm Products was discontinued in 2018. This new direct replacement from HydroQuip has a shorter stainless tube but has a 45-degree union section added to it to make up the same length as the original so no plumbing modifications are required to fit this heater to your spa.
NOTE: This new heater does not have the rubber 5-pin J&J plug on the end of the power cord it has pre-wired ring terminals on the end of the cables. Simply run the power cable through into the spa control box and wire directly onto the PCB heater terminal connections. For flow detection a pressure switch is required and NOT supplied with heater, the replacement can be purchased HERE or below in the related products.

Spa Heater Overview
- This heater can only be fitted to Arctic/Gecko MSPA MP control boxes.
- The Hi-Limit sensor is secured within an external pouch on the heater tube.
- Supplied without pressure switch and is sold separately, this is used to determine how much flow is passing through the heater tube and prevents heater failure.

Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & DHL to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Monday.

- Although we do our absolute best to deliver the next working day, it is not guaranteed. At least 99% of our orders do and will arrive the next working day, but there are exceptions.
- We do not offer refunds for late arrival.
- When you receive your email notification from the courier, you will be given the option to change your delivery details. If you use this service and there is an issue with the courier, we accept no responsibility.
- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
