We may refuse or cancel any order where there is an obvious pricing error, incorrect product information, suspected fraud, stock issue, supplier issue or other genuine reason requiring us to do so.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment, shipping and account information for all purchases made on our website.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS, IMAGES AND COMPATIBILITY

We will do our best to help, but the final responsibility for confirming compatibility remains with the customer unless we have expressly confirmed suitability in writing based on accurate information supplied by you.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY, STOCK STATUS AND BACKORDERS

Delivery times and services are subject to our Delivery Policy and any product-specific delivery information shown on the relevant product page.

Where products are clearly marked on the website as available for pre-order or backorder, you acknowledge that these items are not currently in stock and may be subject to varying lead times depending on supplier availability.

Lead times for backordered items may range from days to weeks or, in some cases, months. If your order includes a backordered item, especially alongside in-stock items, you should contact us before ordering if you require an estimated lead time.

Where an order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may hold the order until complete unless otherwise agreed. We do not cover double shipping on split orders unless we have expressly agreed to do so.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

For incorrectly ordered items, unwanted items or items no longer required, returned goods must be unused, unfitted, in original packaging where applicable, and in resaleable condition.

Return postage for incorrectly ordered or unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility.

For partial returns, original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable. Where a full qualifying consumer order is cancelled under applicable distance-selling law, any refund of delivery charges will be limited to the basic delivery service only and will not include premium or upgraded services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods, goods not as described, or goods not fit for purpose.

SECTION 8 - CIRCUIT BOARDS, SEALED ELECTRONICS AND INSTALLATION

Circuit boards (PCB's), control systems and other sealed or computerised electronic equipment are highly sensitive products and must be handled with care.

These products must be installed by a competent individual or experienced spa engineer. Incorrect installation may damage the product, void any applicable manufacturer’s warranty and may affect or invalidate any warranty claim following inspection.

Circuit boards, control systems and other sealed electronic products cannot be returned once they have been fitted, installed, connected, powered up or removed from sealed packaging, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

By placing an order and agreeing to our website terms and policies, you confirm that you understand and accept these installation and return conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

SECTION 9 - WARRANTY

Our warranty terms are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy.

Where goods are returned under warranty, they will be inspected and tested. If no fault is found, or if the goods show signs of misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, modification or other circumstances outside warranty cover, we may return the goods to you.

If a fault is confirmed and the claim is valid, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights and any applicable warranty terms.
