Fitting Guide

If replacing a like-for-like Genesis Bath Air Blower G50-2NN-S, switch the spa power off first, remove the power cable from the spa control box, unthread the air outlet pipe connection, remove the fixings securing the blower in place, and install the new unit in reverse order. 

For new installations, this blower should be mounted in a dry, ventilated position protected from flooding and secured through its rubber mounting feet. The air outlet should be connected to correctly supported pipework (The Blower is supplied with a 32mm union so If a 1" connection is required, this willl need to be purchased seperately), the air line should include either a double air loop and check valve, or two check valves, installed above the maximum water level. The NN version requires a separate control system to operate and does not include a built-in air switch or internal heater. Typical wiring supply is 230VAC 50Hz with a 3-core connection. If servicing is needed, the intake filter can be accessed by removing the two screws at the rear of the blower.
