Directions for Use

Connect the cleaner to a garden hose using the supplied Hozelock-style fitting. Add a suitable filter cleaning solution to the chamber if required, then use the trigger to spray the water and cleaner mix through the filter pleats. Work around the cartridge carefully, using the integrated brushes where dirt is more heavily built up. After cleaning, leave the filter to soak for around 1 to 2 hours, or about 10 minutes if using a fast-acting cartridge cleaner. Rinse the filter thoroughly with clean water, without adding more cleaning liquid, and allow it to dry fully before refitting. Monthly cleaning is generally recommended to help maintain water flow and filter performance.
