Our Avalanche grade hot tub cover has a 6" x 4" taper which means the internal foam is 6 inches thick along the hinge of the cover down to 4 inches on the outer edge parallel to the hinge. This is our top-grade cover and also one of our most popular. • Vinyl ~ Only the highest quality marine grade outdoor vinyl is used with built-in UV and anti-mildew inhibitors for longevity and long-lasting beauty. Choice of 12 vinyl colours, Sky Blue, Dark Blue, Coastal Grey, Dark Grey, Oxen, Parchment, Bourbon, Walnut, Mayan Brown, Mahogany, Black and Dark Green.
• Skirts & Handles ~ All outer skirts and handles are double stitched for strength and to prevent tearing, outer skirts are designed in a way that they keep heat in and prevent dirt from entering the spa. Corners are slit and overlapped to prevent bunching but still protect the outer edge of the spa shell lip.
• Zippers ~ The highest quality heavy-duty YKK7 nylon non-corrosive zippers are used, the zipper pulls are tucked away in their own pockets to prevent any possible damage to the zippers and for a more attractive look.
• Steel Reinforcement ~ A non-corrosive steel C channel is installed along each side of the hinge providing superior strength in the centre of the spa cover where it's required for harsh weather conditions.
• Safety Straps ~ The safety locking straps are stronger than the usual standard hardware, these are designed to last in extremely cold climates. Very easy to release from the sides and include two keys and hardware to fix to the spas cabinet.
• Continuous Heat Seal ~ All our covers include a continuous heat seal as standard along the inside of the hinge. This provides maximum heat retention preventing heat from escaping from the hinge itself and the two ends of the hinge that would normally be exposed on either side.

Ordering your made-to-measure spa cover is very simple, choose your colour and pay by adding it to the cart. Fill out the editable PDF cover order form, save it or print off and scan it to your computer. Email the form to sales@hottubparts.co.uk, we will process your cover order and contact you when it is ready for delivery. Covers can be delivered within 48 hours by Tuffnels.

How to Measure Your Spa Cover

Cover order form measurements explained, all measurements should be entered in CM.

• Strap Position ~ Choose your locking strap position and tick the relevant box A, B, C or D, if you do not want straps please just write no straps in this area.
• Cover Shape ~ Choose your cover shape, whether it has all four rounded corners, one cut corner etc.
• Parallel to Fold Y ~ Measure the length of the hinge on your old cover, this tells us which way you want the cover to fold. If you do not have a cover and you are measuring the spa add 2cm to the length, this will give you 1cm on each side of the spa for the correct fit.
• Across Fold X ~ Measure the length across the hinge on your old cover. If you do not have a cover or the old one is a bad fit and you are measuring the spa shell add 2cm to the length, this will give you 1cm on each side of the spa for the correct fit.
• Corner Radius Z ~ The easiest way is to treat the corner like a square and then measure from the point of where the corner of the square would be to where the curve starts to break away. If you are measuring the spa shell and do not have the old cover allow 1cm after the curve breaks away. This will be the correct fit over the corner of the spa shell and prevent future bunching up of the skirt.
• Cut Corner ~ If you have a cut corner measure the length of the cut corner and enter it into Z.
• Skirt Length ~ Measure the length of the skirt that hangs over the spa shell, this is measured from the underside of the cover to the bottom lip of the spa shell's outer edge.
• Strap Length ~ Measure from the underside of the cover (not the bottom of the skirt) to the top of the lock on the side of the spas cabinet.
• Strap Inset ~ This measurement is required to get the strap in the same position as your old one. Again if you treat your curved corner as a square measure from where the corner point would be to where the strap starts on the side of your cover.
• Choose your foam thickness grade, Storm, Blizzard or Avalanche.
• Choose your colour.
