2HP 1 Speed Durajet Sta-Rite Pump
Genuine modern replacement 2hp 1 speed Balboa Durajet pump designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This Durajet pump also known as the Cascades is manufactured by Balboa. Balboa has many pump divisions and owns Pentair who manufacture the Sta-Rite range of pumps. This new replacement pump from Balboa uses a modern Balboa motor which can also be found on their Niagara model, this is then added to a Pentair Sta-Rite wet end to complete the built-up hot tub pump.
Over 5 years ago or so the original Durajet was discontinued and only the wet ends were available. Now with this new replacement model, finally the correct direct replacement spa pump can be fitted. This Durajet model is a very efficient hot tub pump with excellent power performance and benefits from having a large heavy duty 56 frame sized motor.
This Balboa/Sta-Rite Durajet pump is a direct replacement for the original Sta-Rite Durajet hot tub pump manufactured by Pentair which is commonly found on Dimension One Spas, Hotsprings & Master Spas.
Sta-Rite Durajet Pump Overview
- This is a 1-speed pump so the single high speed is used for JETS or Boost operation when bathing in your Spa or Hot Tub.
- Pump wet end connects to 2-inch plumbing unions on the inlet and outlet. Both connections have a 78mm outside thread diameter and you can use 2 inch flat gaskets to seal the connections.
- Pump wet end can be rotated from the standard 12 O'clock position to 3 O'clock or 9 O'clock position easily by removing the four bolts that attach the wet end to the motor.
- Wiring - This replacement Durajet spa pump is NOT supplied with a new cable so you will need to swap over from your old existing pump. You will have four wires, two of them are live for high and low speeds (Red, Brown or Black) so make a note when installing. Neutral (Blue or White) and Earth (Green). It can be a bit confusing choosing your new replacement Balboa pump as model details are not always written on them. The quickest way is to simply send us some images of the Hot Tub pump you are replacing though our Contact us page and let us do the work for you.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & DHL to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday to be delivered on Monday.

- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
