Directions for Use
For best results, remove the cartridge from the filter housing and, if needed, pre-soak it in a suitable cartridge cleaning solution to loosen oils and stubborn deposits. Attach the Waterwand securely to a standard garden hose, hold the cartridge upright and turn on the water. Use the switch on the top of the unit to control flow, then work the comb slowly up and down the pleats to flush out contamination. Once complete, give the cartridge a final rinse and inspect for any remaining debris before leaving it to dry fully or refitting as required.

Things to Consider
This tool is intended to make cartridge cleaning easier, but heavily soiled filters may still need a dedicated cleaning soak before rinsing. Clean cartridges regularly to reduce build-up and help maintain efficient water circulation. After cleaning, allow the cartridge to dry completely where appropriate before reinstalling. Store the Waterwand in a clean, dry place when not in use.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Although we do our absolute best to deliver the next working day, it is not guaranteed. At least 99% of our orders do and will arrive the next working day, but there are exceptions.
- We do not offer refunds for late arrival.
- When you receive your email notification from the courier, you will be given the option to change your delivery details. If you use this service and there is an issue with the courier, we accept no responsibility.
- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
