The Swim Spa pumps in this category are manufactured by brands such as Waterway, Aqua-flo & LX. These Swim Spa pumps are specially designed with a large high-velocity wet end which produces the type of flow rate needed for the counter swim jets on the spa. The European pumps have high-quality 3hp Italian EMG motors fitted to them with 5hp rated wet ends and are available in one speed or two speed, this also applies to the LX pumps which have massive 5hp motors.

Waterway Viper pumps, Aqua-flo XP3 CE, LX WP500 have 2.5" unions connections on the inlet and outlet, the outside diameters of the threads are 93mm.
