I don’t usually leave reviews but this company deserve outstanding praise. Located an essential part for our hot tub in France and had it delivered to my doorstep within 48 hours. Highly recommended and will definitely be using hottubparts.co.uk in the future. Excellent communications and support from Mick Trice.

I called Hot Tub Parts in need of a new cover for my Hot Tub. Lianne was fantastic, she talked me through the process of getting my new made to measure cover, helped me choose my colour and had it ordered that day. Around 4 weeks later i got the call to say it was ready and it was delivered the next day. The quality is second to none and customer service was amazing throughout. I am very happy with my cover and will be using Hot Tub Parts for all of my future purchases. Thank you Lianne!
