The Davey/Spa-Quip Spa Power PCB SP600/SP601 - Q846601-10TSP is designed specifically for use with hot tubs and spas. This compact replacement circuit board is for Davey Spa Power SP601 control boxes and supports Pump 1 configuration, conditional Pump 2 use, blower control, heater output, ozonator connection and 12V lighting.

Fitting Guide
This PCB is intended for replacing a failed board inside a compatible Davey or Spa-Quip SP601 spa control box. It provides the main control for the pump setup, circulation pump arrangement, blower option, heater output, ozonator output and single 12V light output.
The existing board reference, wiring positions, topside connection, pump configuration and blower setup are the main points to record before removing the old PCB. The SP600/SP601 layout is compact, so correct connection placement and matching the original configuration are important during replacement.
Configuration
Configuration settings control how the SP600/SP601 board operates with the fitted pump, optional circulation pump, Pump 2 output and blower. The original board setup is normally the clearest reference where the system was previously working correctly.
- Confirm whether Pump 1 is single-speed or dual-speed.
- Check whether a circulation pump is fitted with Pump 1.
- Confirm Pump 2 use only where Pump 1 is single-speed with circulation.
- Check whether the blower is set for single-speed or variable-speed operation.
Important Notes
This PCB is for Davey/Spa-Quip Spa Power SP601 control boxes only and is not a universal replacement board. Pump 2 is conditional and is only available when Pump 1 is configured as single-speed with a circulation pump.
PCB replacement involves mains voltage components and spa control configuration. Fitting is for an experienced tradesperson, spa engineer or competent individual. Incorrect board selection, incorrect wiring or incorrect setup can damage the PCB and invalidate warranty cover.
Your order will generally be dispatched on the same working day, provided payment is received before 2 pm Monday - Friday. We use a few shipping companies such as DPD, EVRI, & Royal Mail to achieve the most cost-effective methods for delivering the different types of products that we stock.
All our shipments are tracked and signed for by our designated shipping companies. If you leave us your mobile telephone number at the payment checkout, we will pass this on to the courier, and usually they will text you with delivery updates.
Most products are available for next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM between Monday-Friday.
Expect orders placed on Friday after 2 pm to be delivered on Monday.

- Although we do our absolute best to deliver the next working day, it is not guaranteed. At least 99% of our orders do and will arrive the next working day, but there are exceptions.
- We do not offer refunds for late arrival.
- When you receive your email notification from the courier, you will be given the option to change your delivery details. If you use this service and there is an issue with the courier, we accept no responsibility.
- All the delivery prices listed below are inclusive of VAT to the UK Mainland. All other countries will not be charged VAT unless specified.
- No chemicals can be shipped to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we no longer ship chemicals to Ireland or any other European/International destinations.
SPA COVERS: Unfortunately, due to the size of spa covers, they have to be shipped by freight at a cost of £24.00 and usually take around 3-5 days to be delivered. Stock held covers take around 10-14 days from the time of order to be shipped, custom covers 6-8 weeks from the date of ordering. Covers are only sold and shipped to UK mainland customers, excluding remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
