While the foam profile is lighter than our top-grade Avalanche cover, there is absolutely no compromise on materials, construction quality, or manufacturing standards. Ordering your made-to-measure hot tub cover is simple. Choose your preferred vinyl colour and place your order. Download and complete the editable PDF cover order form, then email it to [email protected]. Once received, we will process your order and keep you updated until your cover is ready for delivery. Lead times can vary depending on the time of year, anywhere from 3 weeks to 7 weeks.

UK delivery is typically available within 48 hours via a specialist carrier.

How to Measure Your Hot Tub Cover

All measurements should be entered in centimetres (cm). Accurate measurements ensure a precise fit, effective insulation, and a clean, professional finish around your spa.

• Strap Position – Select the locking strap position (A, B, C or D). If straps are not required, note this clearly on the form.
• Cover Shape – Specify the overall shape of your cover, including rounded or cut corners.
• Parallel to Fold (Y) – Measure the hinge length. If measuring directly from the spa shell, add 2cm for correct overhang.
• Across Fold (X) – Measure across the hinge. Add 2cm if measuring the spa rather than an existing cover.
• Corner Radius (Z) – Measure from the theoretical square corner to where the curve begins to determine the correct radius.
• Cut Corner – If applicable, measure the length of the cut corner and enter it as Z.
• Skirt Length – Measure from the underside of the cover to the bottom edge of the spa shell.
• Strap Length – Measure from the underside of the cover to the top of the cabinet lock.
• Strap Inset – Measure from the corner reference point to the start of the strap.
• Foam Thickness – Choose from Storm, Blizzard, or Avalanche grades.
• Colour Selection – Select your preferred vinyl colour.
• Additional Extras – Optional extra handles, gazebo handles, additional straps, or protective cover caps are available on request.
• Special Shapes – For unusually shaped spas, include a drawing with your order and contact us to discuss your requirements.
