Self Air Bleed Nipple, Waterway Pumps
Genuine replacement self-air bleed nipple used on many Waterway spa pumps, 48 frame and 56 frame. Threads into one of the bleed screw ports on a Waterway faceplate volute, allows any air trapped within the wet end to self bleed into the spas venturi system and saves having to manually bleed the Waterway pump.

Used on Waterway 48/56 frame pumps such as 1.5hp, 2hp, 2.5hp and 3hp Executive models, Waterway Hi-Flo, E-Series, Side discharge, Iron Might circulation pumps and many more.
Only fits Waterway Hot Tub Pumps.

Top Tips
We advise using a small amount of PTFE tape on the thread of this bleed nipple to aid in sealing the threaded connection, use the O' ring from the rear of the bleed screw. Thread all the way into the faceplate until the O' ring is slightly squashed to create a reliable seal. If you need the air bleed O' ring see related products below.
3/8" pipe connection we advise heating up the end of the pipe when fitting to the bleed nipple and use a cable tie to secure and seal whilst the pipe is still warm, no need for glue.

SPA COVERS: Unfortunately due to the size of spa covers and the costs to send them they are not included within the free shipping method over £100. Shipping covers are charged at £24.00 with a 1-2 day service when ready, stock covers take around 10-14 days from order to be shipped, custom covers 8-10 weeks from date of order.
